Overview: In September 2025, Albania witnessed the launch of its first-ever Agentblazer Academy, a unique 4-week hybrid program designed to empower young professionals, students, and career shifters with hands-on skills in AI-powered Agentforce, Slack automation, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Delivered by LDA Digital Solutions, a certified Salesforce Workforce Development Partner, the Academy combined learning, mentorship, community, and impact.
With more than 30 participants selected from across Albania, the Academy offered a transformative opportunity for individuals to gain in-demand skills, connect with global tools, and build agentic solutions that solve real-world problems.
Week 0: In-Person Kickoff & Community Building The Academy kicked off on September 2, 2025, with a vibrant in-person meetup hosted in Tirana. Participants joined a collaborative Slack workspace, received their Trailhead and Agentforce logins, and attended:
- Slack 101 introduction
- “10 Ways to Supercharge Your Work with Slack + Agentforce”
- Prompt Builder hands-on demo
- Group discussion on ethical AI and trust

Week 1–2: Online Workshops & Agent Building The next two weeks were focused on online learning and build sessions, delivered through Zoom and Slack:
- Agentforce 101: Topics, actions, and prompt grounding
- Slack integration: Deploying test agents in sandbox channels
- Prompt Builder Labs: Usability testing and team feedback
Participants submitted their first use case briefs and started building personalized agents using Prompt Builder + Agent Builder.
Week 3: Advanced Topics, Guardrails & Ops Plans In week three, we explored advanced workflows including:
- Sales & Service Agent Patterns
- Human-AI Handoff scenarios
- Guardrails & trust configuration
- Drafting a 1-page Ops Plan for each agent
By now, participants were testing agents live in Slack and iterating on feedback.
Week 4: Capstone Projects & Final Demo Day The final week was dedicated to preparing Capstone Projects. Each participant submitted:
- A functional Agentforce agent integrated in Slack
- A use case brief
- Prompt template and guardrails
- A one-page operational plan
The Academy concluded on September 25, 2025, with a full in-person Demo Day + Certification Ceremony, hosted at One Connect Hub. The event featured:
- 5 selected demo presentations
- Live judging and peer feedback
- Certification ceremony with swag distribution
- Recognition of Top 5 participants, who received Salesforce Certification Vouchers ($200 value)
- Dinner celebration at Tony’s with all participants, partners, and guests

Program Impact & What’s Next Agentblazer Academy Albania was officially recognized by the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative, positioning it as part of a Europe-wide ecosystem of future-ready tech talent.
Participants left the program with:
- A Certificate of Completion
- Real-world project experience
- Exposure to Salesforce and Slack career paths
- Peer network and mentors in the Trailblazer Community
