Immersion in a Digital World: A Step Towards Employability in Tallinn, Estonia

From 26 October to 2 November 2025, representatives of LDA Europe: Erjola Hysa, Redis Halili, Albi Tabaku, Enxhi Roci, and Rei Disha took part in the international Erasmus+ training course “Immersion in a Digital World: A Step Towards Employability”, held in Tallinn, Estonia.

This one-week program provided an intensive and insightful experience focused on the evolving dynamics of the digital labour market. Participants had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills through a series of workshops and interactive sessions covering:

  • The importance of building and strengthening one’s personal brand
  • The strategic and efficient integration of AI in daily and professional life
  • Practical tactics for productivity optimization and digital workflow management
  • Development of a professional CV and techniques for writing a high-impact cover letter

During the training, LDA Europe members Redis Halili and Albi Tabaku led a full-day workshop titled “GenAI: Understanding and Using Generative Artificial Intelligence”, focused on introducing participants to the potential, applications, and ethical implications of Generative AI in youth work and employability. The workshop included hands-on exercises with AI tools for career development, as well as discussions on responsible and inclusive use of artificial intelligence.

The training not only enhanced participants’ digital competencies and employability skills but also fostered intercultural learning and collaboration, aligning with the European Youth Strategy and Erasmus+ priorities.
