On September 11th, 2025, the President of LDA Europe, Marilo Meta, had the honor of attending a reception at the Ambassador’s Residence in Tirana, hosted by Mr. Niklas Ström, Ambassador of Sweden to Albania.
The meeting took place within the framework of the Swedish Alumni Network Albania and the Swedish Alumni Network Western Balkans (SANWB). It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on how alumni networks can:
- Strengthen regional cooperation across the Western Balkans.
- Foster knowledge exchange and collaboration between Sweden and the region.
- Support the creation of impactful initiatives driven by alumni leadership.
