On September 2, 2025, we proudly kicked off the Agentblazer Academy – Albania Edition with an energetic Slack Community Day in Tirana — launching a 4-week journey powered by LDA Digital Solutions, in partnership with Salesforce Global Workforce Development and the Slack Community Albania 🇦🇱.

Now, halfway through the program, we’re thrilled to share highlights and reflections from this hands-on, career-driven learning experience.

💡 What is Agentblazer Academy?

Agentblazer Academy is a 4-week hybrid program (online & in-person), designed to empower 30 early-career professionals in Albania with the skills of tomorrow: Agentforce development, Slack integrations, AI ethics, and career readiness. This program marks a new milestone in our workforce development mission as a Salesforce Certified Workforce Partner.

Slack Integration: Connecting and testing AI agents in real-time channels
Trust, Ethics & Guardrails: Designing responsible AI workflows
Career Preparation: From project delivery to Demo Day presentations

🔍 Mid-Program Highlights

✔️ Kickoff Workshop in Tirana launched our #academy Slack channel and introduced Prompt Builder
✔️ Weekly live sessions have dived deep into Agentforce, Slack automation, testing workflows, and ethical deployment
✔️ Participants are now building their own agents, tackling real-world workflows for NGOs, startups, and student units
✔️ Community mentors and Slack support channels have created a rich peer-learning environment

📆 What’s Coming Next

As we enter Week 3, the academy will now focus on:

Advanced agent patterns for Sales and Service workflows
Building operational plans: monitoring, access control, rollback
Preparing for Demo Day on September 25 where each participant will present their AI-powered agent solution

The top 5 participants will be awarded Salesforce certification vouchers, and all active participants will earn a Certificate of Achievement and Salesforce swag 🎓✨
